Any client information acquired or created by Cybertryzub during information gathering, audits, certification processes, or otherwise, shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to any third party. This includes:
• Cybertryzub personnel and any external organizations employed by Cybertryzub for specific tasks must adhere to confidentiality standards.
• External organizations acting on behalf of Cybertryzub must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensuring confidentiality for both Cybertryzub and the client.
• Cybertryzub personnel must sign an NDA with Cybertryzub.
• External organizations working on behalf of Cybertryzub must also execute an NDA with Cybertryzub for confidentiality, ensuring the protection of both Cybertryzub and the client's information.
• Both Cybertryzub and any external organizations working on its behalf must comply with client security requirements.
• Cybertryzub must ensure that confidential information is handled and stored securely.
• No information about a client or individual will be disclosed to third parties without obtaining prior written consent, except in cases where legal requirements mandate disclosure. In such cases, the client or individual will be notified in advance, unless otherwise regulated by law.
• Information received from external sources (e.g., regulators, complaints) regarding a client will also be treated as confidential and handled according to company policies.
• Hard copies of client records collected for auditing purposes will be securely stored and returned as soon as they are no longer needed.
• Soft copies of client records will be stored in secure PCs protected by user IDs and passwords and will be removed once they are no longer required
