• The Customer is authorized to use the Certification Mark (with Cybertryzub’s logo embedded) only in relation to the applicable Management System Certification standard.
• The Certification and use of the Certification Mark can only be referenced if the Customer holds a valid Certificate of Conformity. The Certification should not imply that it covers activities or parts of the organization beyond the certified scope.
• The Certification Mark may be used on the Customer’s letters, documents, and promotional materials. However, for Management System Certifications, it must not suggest product conformity. As such, it should not appear on products, product packaging, product samples, or product test certificates.
• Cybertryzub’s Certification Mark is not allowed on laboratory tests, calibration, or inspection reports.
• The Certification Mark should only appear in its standard size and design, which can be provided upon request from Cybertryzub It must never be displayed larger than the Customer’s own logo and must always appear in its complete form.
• If a certificate is suspended or withdrawn, the Customer must cease using any promotional material that references the Certification.
• In the event of incorrect references or misleading use of the Certification or its Marks, Cybertryzub may require corrective actions, suspension or withdrawal of certification, public disclosure of the violation, or legal action, if needed.
• The Customer is required to comply with the above guidelines regarding the use of the Certification Mark.
• The Customer must not use the Certification in any manner that could damage Cybertryzub’s reputation or undermine public trust in the certification system.
• Customers must ensure that any statements regarding their Certification are not misleading and must not permit the use of misleading documents or marks.
• If the scope of Certification is reduced, the Customer must update their communication materials, such as advertisements, to reflect the change.
• The Customer should not use the certified Management System in a way that suggests Cybertryzub has certified a product (including services) or process. Additionally, the Customer should not imply that the certification applies to activities outside the certified scope.
