Cybertryzub's Commitment to Impartiality
Cybertryzub is committed to maintaining impartiality in all management system auditing and certification services. To uphold this commitment, the company will not provide certification if its relationship with a client organization poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality. Additionally, Cybertryzub will proactively address any risks to impartiality arising from external entities, individuals, or organizations.
Measures to Ensure Impartiality
To maintain the highest standards of neutrality and integrity, Cybertryzub will not:
• Certify another certification body for its management system certification activities.
• Offer or provide consultancy services for management systems.
• Certify a management system if the client has received consultancy or internal audits from another organization, where such a relationship could create an unacceptable threat to impartiality.
• Conduct internal audits for clients certified by Cybertryzub.
• Present itself as associated with any management system consultancy organization.
• Outsource audits to management system consultancy organizations.
• Assign personnel, including managerial staff, to audit or certify management systems if they have provided consultancy within the past two years.
Additional Impartiality Policies
• Certification will not be presented as an easier, faster, or cheaper process than it is.
• Cybertryzub and its employees will remain independent and will not influence decisions related to management system certification.
• Employees will not participate in preparing or procuring manuals, guides, formats, or procedures related to certification.
• The company will not offer specific advice or training on the design, implementation, or maintenance of management systems being certified.
• No financial, trade-related, administrative, competitive, or moral pressure will be applied to influence certification decisions.
• If any relationship creates an unacceptable threat to impartiality, Cybertryzub will not proceed with certification.
• Potential threats to impartiality will be identified, mitigated, or eliminated, with oversight from the impartiality committee, which meets regularly.
• Cybertryzub will not be influenced by external pressures from other certification bodies. If a client approaches Cybertryzub after being declined by another certification body, the company will investigate the reasons before proceeding.
• Clients and consultancy organizations will not be permitted to influence the certification process.
