Certification Documents
A certificate of accreditation will be issued to the client organization upon successfully meeting the requirements of the relevant management system. The certificate’s effective date will not precede the date of the certification decision.
The certificate will include the following details, all of which will be publicly accessible:
• Unique identification number of the certificate
• Name of the certified organization
• Address of the certified organization
• Geographical locations of multiple sites (if applicable)
• Reference to the quality management system
• Scope of the certification
• Initial accreditation date
• Date of certificate issuance
• Certificate validity period (expiry date)
Cybertryzub’s certification document is available for public display and includes essential information such as the scope, site address, issuance time, and expiration date.
